Announcement on the Change of Company Name

Due to the needs of the company's business development, "Xuzhou Jieneng Electrical Power Equipment Co., Ltd." has officially changed its name to "Jiangsu Hawkw Electrical Power Equipment Co., Ltd." and has completed the business registration changes.

The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.

（1） Our company will adopt a new company name from January 16, 2026: Jiangsu Hawkw Electrical Power Equipment Co., Ltd.

（2） After the company's name change, the original bank account, account number, tax number, address, and contact phone number remain unchanged.

（3） Effective immediately, the original official seal, contract seal, financial seal, and various business seals will cease to be used. All internal and external documents, materials, invoices, account numbers, and tax numbers will use the new company name.

（4） After the change of company name, the business entities and legal relationships remain unchanged, without affecting the original rights and obligations.All previously signed contracts continue to be valid.
