Biogas burner

According to the characteristics of biogas properties, gas composition, ignition point, calorific value, etc., research and design a dedicated burner for biogas recovery in a garbage incinerator. The biogas burner adopts a split structure, and the designed fuel is biogas, which has the characteristics of sufficient combustion, stability, and safety. A two-stage protection valve is provided to thoroughly clean the combustible gas in the furnace before each ignition. By controlling staged combustion through biogas pressure, it is possible to maintain a stable combustion state even under partial load conditions, thereby achieving maximum combustion efficiency.
