　　The visible light flame detectors produced by Xuzhou Jieneng Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. are mainly used for flame monitoring of oil and coal-fired boilers. Using digital processing technology and updated pattern recognition software and hardware, not only can the average intensity of the target flame be digitally displayed, but also real-time flame intensity can be displayed in the form of a light column, and the pulse frequency of the target flame can be digitally displayed. 　The flame detection probe mainly consists of an optical lens set, optical fiber (see the figure below), and a preprocessing circuit board. The optical lens group is located at the far front end of the probe, and the light emitted by the target flame is focused by the lens group and transmitted to the end face of the optical fiber, and then transmitted to the preprocessing circuit board. Optical fibers are drawn from a high refractive index core and a low refractive index cladding material. The core body has good light transmission performance, and it transmits the signal of the target flame from one end of the lens set to one end of the preprocessing circuit board with extremely low attenuation.
